Raewyn Ho

Facilitator

Raewyn has been in the education sector for over twenty-five years and has developed and taught Chinese language programmes in both secondary and primary schools.  

She has been a facilitator for Team Solutions and the TPLT/TPDL contract in areas of literacy and language and has recently been a facilitator for the Confucius Institute working with partner schools to establish and develop Chinese language programmes.  

Raewyn is passionate about Chinese Language and culture and has special interests in developing curriculum, theme and task-based teaching, intercultural language and developing oral and written literacy. Raewyn has a Masters in Language Teaching, Diploma of TESSOL and a Specialist Certificate in Teaching Chinese (Primary) and is looking forward to sharing and exchanging professional and practical knowledge with others.

Raewyn currently is a Chinese specialist at an Auckland primary school and works 0.2 part time for Tui Tuia.
