Bruce is an accredited Māori Medium Facilitator and specialises in Pāngarau.  He has contributed to a number of Ministry contracts, including Mauri Tū Mauri Ora, Tawera Ako (Pāngarau), Tū Rangatira (Leadership), and PLD supporting kaiako and school leaders. He has lectured at the University of Auckland for Te Huarahi Māori Bachelor of Education course. 

Bruce brings the following skills and experience: 

• Pāngarau planning/programmes in TKKM, rumaki reo, reo rua and mainstream kura
• Delivery of Pāngarau programmes to whole class and small groups
• Pāngarau student data analysis and designing programmes based on data
• Rauemi design, creation and delivery
• Providing feedback/feedforward to kaiako and tumuaki
• Design and delivery of accelerated learning activities
