Yvonne Lim

Director

Yvonne is the Director of Tui Tuia | Learning Circle. In January 2021 she joined us from Competenz (an Industry Training Organisation), where she held a General Manager position since 2016, most recently as GM – Sales and Marketing. Yvonne was responsible for Workforce Development, Marketing, Customer Experience, Schools and Career Development, and Strategic Digital Initiatives.

Prior to Competenz, Yvonne had a broad background in corporate marketing and sales, having worked at Air New Zealand, Fletcher Building, House of Travel, Mercury, CureKids and NZME.

Yvonne is excited to be developing a collective, customer-focused vision for Tui Tuia | Learning Circle and continuing to build on the great work and tight learning networks that already exist with our school, faculty, and ministry partners.

Her passion and energy is developing purpose-driven organisations helping our younger generations and tamariki to find their place in this rapidly changing world.

Yvonne is also ensuring Learning Circle  continues to embrace the digitisation of PLD, fostering a tight and engaged work environment.
