This workshop is designed for teachers of French and Spanish who would like to include a more New Zealand-focused theme to the topic of the environment when they teach their students.

Registrations open on 5 August 2024 and close on 16 August 2024.
This is an extended version of the presentation delivered at the recent NZALT / FIPLV conference in Auckland.
During this workshop, teachers will learn about kauri dieback and how it can be used as a topic for their students when they learn about the environment, a common topic at senior levels. Teachers will be presented with a range of tools and resources that they can take back to their classroom.
This workshop will be delivered in English with supplementary materials provided in French and Spanish.
