Overview
Living so far away from Spanish-speaking countries can make it challenging to keep our language expertise and cultural capability current. Participating in the Salamanca immersion programme allows teachers to set goals around language learning and teaching, experience the rich culture of Salamanca and environs, and return to Aotearoa and their classrooms filled with inspiration.

Eligibility:
- Applicants must be New Zealand registered teachers who are currently teaching Spanish at a New Zealand school and are intending to continue to teach Spanish in NZ in 2025 and beyond.
