Overview

Discover the richness of the Francophone world in the upcoming online workshop. This online session will provide participants with unique, classroom-ready resources that highlight the diversity of French-speaking countries beyond France. Through these resources, participants will explore how French is used in countries like Senegal, Madagascar, and beyond. The goal is to inspire students in Aotearoa New Zealand to see French as a truly global language, not confined to France. Empower your teaching with materials that celebrate the cultural and linguistic diversity of Francophone Africa and broaden students’ understanding of what it means to speak French.
