What we will cover

Join us for an immersive and hands-on workshop to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival, also known as Duanwu Jie (端午节) in Mandarin Chinese!

During this workshop, you will have the opportunity to:

-      Explore fascinating traditions surrounding this festive occasion and enhance your understanding of its significance

-      Connect the 2024 Chinese Year of the Dragon and Dragon Boat Festival with te ao Māori taniwhā water connections

-      Engage in an interactive ika/fish raranga/weaving session
