Overview

Are you fascinated by Chinese culture? Would you like your students to experience it in schools? The Chinese cultural workshop for Waikato schools provides a unique opportunity for both teachers and students to explore and immerse themselves in various Chinese cultural activities, including Chinese martial arts, dance, calligraphy, painting, paper cutting, Beijing opera masks, tie dye, and Chinese food.

Course information

This FREE workshop is available to primary, intermediate, and  secondary schools and their teachers who are currently teaching or interested  in teaching Chinese. We can visit your school and offer a range of workshops and activities, as outlined in the table below. If you're interested, please register your interest for one of the Workshop types listed below and our facilitator will reach out to organise the workshop for your school.
